The Datacard UltraForm inserter w/printer is designed for production volume use for attaching plastic cards to a paper carrier (letter, etc.). The laser printed carrier forms are matched to the embossed, thermal printed, encoded plastic cards and then the cards are attached to the carriers with a transparent, non-residue adhesive. By combining the Datacard 9000/7000, the Datacard UltraForm and the Datacard UltraPac into one system this allows a one pass process that helps prevent errors such as sending the wrong card/inserts to your customer.
